For some reason on my mill my right leg hits the floor when i am about to go back in the stab position

if its ccw you might need to mill faster and elevate your left leg when your turning over. It also helps if you push off a little with your shoulder to help you get into the collapse.

I try to kick my face with my left thigh when I'm on my back, about to turn over....you'll probably scrap that out of your mills as you improve, but it'll get your waist off the ground, and give you sufficient height to re-stab.

gotta push up on your shoulder and then with your stab hand but dont forget about your power hand thats the one you turn with when your back into the handglide position
