My mills are starting to get a little better, its just that when I try to do the second stab, my legs just drop to the ground.

i fink cause ur not on ur shoulders high enough
try leaning higher wen ur on your back
then when ur about to stab for next round
bounce ur hip on ur arms den push up

the best way to find out is to watch videos

make sure your keep kicking and hold your legs up with your leg muscles. Also try elevating your left leg(ccw) when your rolling over to stab...it helps you get up higher. It might also help if you turn your upperbody over to stab early. Your upperbody leads into the stab and your legs lead out of it...

to make a sig you gotta go to the control panel in the upper right. Then go to edit profile on the top of the page. Its somewhere in there...
