can you hold a handglide freeze? Because it sounds like you have no idea how to do that. Learn handglide so you can support yourself when starting mills...

Vin Diesel and the Internet - relation? I THINK SO

Vin Diesel invented the internet while trying to steal cable TV.

Contrary to popular belief, it was in fact Vin Diesel who invented the internet. Al Gore stole the designs when Vin fell asleep at his keyboard.

Hey, I may not be a pro at windmills but I can collapse and I learned to do it from that website also.
Anyways, If you look at the picture where he is just in the hang glide then look at the next one you will notice that his body has turned like 90 degrees. I had problems with the colapse untill I noticed that he turns a little then that helps a lot with getting on your back smoothly. Before I would just smack over on my back.
So when you bring your right leg up (if doing ccw) also rotate your whole body a little so that it looks like the second picture.
Hope this helped

collapsing is just like folding your arm but your turning at the same time i think you should kick harder i had the same problem its been about a month and i still have a small bruise on my shoulder since last month

I have got the colapse down also but I still my shoulder every now and then so it just takes practice.
Just keep working on it, you'll get it.
by the time I learned to collapse my shoulder was like purple
Just think about keeping that right leg up till you are on your back

oh ya homestar runner is the best

i can bust sweet mills and i got some good advice. you need to get the collapse right to get anywhere with mills. if you stab with your left hand. the collapse uses not only a droping motion but also a pull and push motion with your hands. your left hand pushes and your right pulls trust me, this will create rotation which by the sounds of things you dont have. as you push with your left your body goes down and backwards. you actually move back this is vital. practice just collapsing with your stabbing hand moving back dont try and get on your back just collapse onto your belly but use that push to move back. get this motion dow, then use both hands to create circular motion and kick your legs through. the first part is essential to getting on your back, you will get there but be patient. this may be too confusing to get, find someone with good mills, not crappy ones to show you what there doing, thats the best way to learn any move.
