ok i start in the hand glide postion i collapse on to my shoulder but my knees bent does any one know any thing to help keep my knees from bending thanks a bunch

keep it straight if it doesnt work just keep doin it you always have to keep your legs straight

if your legs bend really easily it could be that you are rolling to low...or you need to get more flexible. Doin the splits makes it easier to keep your legs straight, atleast for me it did. They will also stay straighter if you keep swingin your legs...

guys thanks alot... now the knees aren't the problem
ok i'm at the stage were i almost complete a windmill but i need keep the movement going i can't quite get my right leg up in the air again it's weird.. ok thanks guys .. it's funny how when u finally get some thing, some thing else shows up that u gotta fix.. thanks again(that three times now)

actually...I've had that problem alot. You might need to mill faster or you need to keep turning your body over when you get stabbed. When you start turning that right leg will come up fast...

Yeah, make sure you use your hips .. meaning you can actually feel your hip rotating ahead of your torso when you're linking.

Think of the rotating of your legs not as swinging two legs but rather turning your hip with your legs stiff out. Kinda. Eghh it's hard to explain.
