Help when i start Windmill from Handglide position.. i can continu it but when i get on my back .... i dont know how to continue,,,,
wich hand should i stab with when i want to enter the next rotation??? btw i go CW!

The same hand you started your handglide in .. for you that'd be your right hand.

Just imagine going from a handglide into the back part of your mill back into a handglide, then into the back part of the mill, etc etc
