so i can do windmills- i can do no handers.....BUT my mills dont look powerful....a little lazy....i have enough force....but i cant do clean windmills......

and i cant mill high.....

aight if your mills arent high then that could definetely be one of the reasons why your mills arent clean .....for stabbed mills you should land on your shoulders when you collapse EVERY TIME...so remember to practise your collapse so you also collapse properly when you continue your mills ...also try to bend your legs and head towards the chest and try to shoot your shoulders forward so your upper back gets all round ....and for no handers you should try to lean forward when you link so that you go from shoulder to shoulder (i dont know if you hop or not) ...and try to use the "high-on-back" technique as much for no-handers as much as for stabbed mills

i cant hold my legs straight???- my whole mill looks lazy....i can do a splitt but in me mill my legs bend....

man tats kinda my problem...my windmills are powerfull n i go high, but my right leg bends?? wtf?? man tats mess up...i cant do splits but my windmills r ok looking, anywun can help me? i go ccw
