what was that windmill link that was called ultimate windmill guide or sumthing...it was on angelfire mothergoose or sumthing.....and does any one know the flare guides link thing that was like the windmill guide...

holy shiat that windmill guide is long, heres a short version of it
get in handglide position, kick with ur legs around and go on ur back to ur front while ur legs r swingin around and make sure ur going from ur front to back and remember to stab or use ur forearms
