when ever im trying a windmill i go n im like right on my neck when ever i get to my back n then when i get to my stomach i slam right down onto my side any way to prevent this? and also how should i start out when im gonna windmill?
i think i found out some of the problem im spining ccw n turning cw... but it seems natural to do that like if irotate my legs one way i like move on the cardboard the other way i dunno its wierd
