ok, im havin seriouse problems witht the mills. i start in a sitting position with my left arm back about 6 or 7 inches, then i kick my right leg to the left and i start to turn. i roll over onto my back and everything is going ok, then when i try to roll onto my chest, everything just stops and my feet fall to the ground.

can anyone help? if i wasnt clear enough, lemme know

ok man...first off start learning mills from handglide or just practice handglide...its better

you need to stab. Just put your elbow in your hip to keep your legs off the ground...
