Way too hard, my friend.

I've almost got continous windmills down. I've only been able to do 3, and I stop. But before I learned the technique that helped me out with that, I couldn't do any at all.

The standard way of starting the windmill is in handglide position. The one I'm gonna tell you is somewhat of an introduction to the standing position.

You start with your knees on the ground. If you're going CCW, leave your right knee on the ground and your leg leg sticking out to the side of you, fully extended. So if I were to look right above you, your legs should be straight with your body, horizontally. Next, turn your body to about 45 degrees to the right. This is your starting position.

To execute, spin you body CCW, and quick enough so that you can plant your arms in stabbing position. Your legs should by then kick behind you, and your right leg should've already passed around your head. The intial body spin should give you the momentum you need to continue your mills.

Don't worry if you can't get it for a while. I couldn't.

After that, you can do it in standing position. So body is 45 degrees to the right, left leg should be extended, spin, go into stab, then kick.

Hope that helps. If you go CW, flip the instructions.

I cant windmill but i know how to start one from standing.

First you start (Im reffering to it in CCW) with your legs in a little more than shoulder width apart. Face your left leg.

Then kick left leg in a diagonal back and up and put your right hand where your left leg was. Immediately right after, put your left hand down somewhat to the lower left of your right and kick your right leg back and up.

Now your legs should be in the air and hands on the ground. Your right leg will be up and your left leg will be higher. Whip your left leg under your right and your right back and over your left. Turn with it real hard so your legs arestill in a v-like shape.

Turn your body CCW you want to create a curve to disperse the fall. So you land on your back a little to the right close to your right shoulder blade at an angle

Now you are at the end of your back rotation on a windmill with alot of extra momentum, so stab fast.

See attachment.

I personally find it much easier to do mills from coindrop than from handglide ... I get a lot more momentum and my form is a lot cleaner for the first several .. I can hit 7 or 8 sometimes with coindrop, whereas usually I stop at 5 or 6 with handglide.

By the way, don't just stop moving your legs like I do in the clip (I just got lazy xP). That puts you on your lower back and it's hella hard if not impossible to continue your mills. Just keep swinging them ..

stand up normally, take a step forward with your left foot (for ccw) in 1 motion, put ur left hand down and your left leg down sideways like the outside of your leg facing down. you should be on ur side now. then just kick around like a windmill. try to do this all in a circular motion to keep momentum.
