Ok, ive been trying to get the windmill in like 2 months now and i can do mutiple windmills, but they don't look really good kinda nasty

, well anywayz i need help straighting out my knee or locking them so my legs don't bend while im doing the windmill, and i need help on spreading my legs more and my right hip keeps hitting the ground when i do it! So yea help me out hurr! Thx yo!
