i need to kno how to do like 5 millz in a row from handstand then dropping into a mill, cus i can only get 1 smoothly

if your sayin you want handstand to mills...for ccw just drop your left arm to your forearm and start to turn over into a mill...

handstand to millz,, jus learn to coindrop from standing, the ones whereu hop into, at first i could only do a coin drop from standing and pop back to feet, but after i battled some dude, i coindropped and i keep doin millz, i was like dam i neva knew i cud do that, so my advice is i don kno

lol, well, im gonna put this on hold until i can get regular windmills perfectly in succession. they arent that great right now, but im workin on it.

I actually find it easier to go into mills from a coindrop .. I have like crappy mills but my form is better when I start from coindrop .. I dunno, handglide is just irritating for me; I can never get my leading leg around wide enough and it screws up my form.
