U ever heard breakers sayin that all ur mill momentum comes from ur legs and hips? Well, thats not bullshit. Neways, i see that u r bending ur legs when kicking; dont bend em! Try keeping ur knees locked and kick with ur hip joint, not wit ur knee. I know its weird, but ull get used 2 it after some work. Ur millz r quite good already. So kick harder and gain more momentum. Thats all I have 2 say here. For any other tips plz PM me. Peace

Everything up above has got my kudos.

As well, you're rolling around everywhere, and don't worry about that one. Some people who practice this will find that they are just rolling all over the place. The rolling part makes you lose your speed so much, and therefore loses your momentum.

Because you're on carpet, try to stay in one place by making a smooth collapse from your upper arm to your shoulder to your back. That way you won't roll so much.

Keep ur legs straight, and start trying fore-arm mills. Those are faster and tighter. The stab is like a training wheel. Helps you get started, but slows you down. I can't even link when I stab, I hafta do it fore-arm to link.

You stay up on your stab too long.

kick harder, torque your hips, and use more arm strength to push up
