sup yall, im just starting. when i do my first mill, i always hit my hip on the floor after the initial kick. can neone help? thanks

i had the same problem when i started.. ur rolling to low on ur back therefor not getting ur hips to clear... you'll fix it eventually as the form of ur collapse gets better =|

for ccw...

raise your right leg higher when you start your mills...you can also elevate your right leg alot while your going to stab. It keeps your hips and legs up and helps you get into the stabbin position...
