i've been doing mills for a while now, but resently i've been getting a real bad pain in my grouin area. yeah it seems nasty but i thought we were all adults here. could the pain be because i kick to much or what could it be.

take your shoes off...they pull your legs apart, once you get some more flexibility it goes away...atleast thats what happend for me. You can also get lighter shoes.
