eh...I'm having the same trouble...except that I cant stab..I can only do one..but the way I do it might not help? What I usually do it just kick as hard as possible and just stay on my shoulders as much as I can and kept my body tight. But you know I'm a bgirl so it might be different for you . =\

I learned windmills on carpet... there may be a little bit more friction, but there's still not much difference for me than doing them on cardboard/wood.

If you say your problem is that your legs are coming together, then focus on keeping them spread and stiff.

Ur saying that u legs just close? Thats because u r lacking momentum. Try kicking harder and use u leg muscles to at least try and keep ur legs apart and straight. But u gotta practice DAMN MUCH if u wonna get them. And 4 months in nothing, it took me 6 months before I got my first link down. Practice makes perfect... Peace

^I don't know about the lacking momentum...it could be that your not collapsing and rolling over to your back fast enough. That makes your legs come to together too and usually happens if your upperbody isn't leading you into the stab position...

Vin Diesel and the Internet - relation? I THINK SO

Vin Diesel invented the internet while trying to steal cable TV.

Contrary to popular belief, it was in fact Vin Diesel who invented the internet. Al Gore stole the designs when Vin fell asleep at his keyboard.
