try stabbing lower, in ur abb area, instead of higher in chest area
cause ur abbs are kinda ur middle point and by stabbing there ull be more circular.
also try not to move around too much when ur in ur stab. don't turn ur body like doing a turtle, just swing ur legs for the next rotation.

but if you notice i am already stabbing pretty low...actually i stab almost right beside my crotch
but i will try to use my legs more in the stab
and pres ...yes i am probably spinning too much .....but what should i do about it...should i just kick harder ?
