Hey all, I have a question
Has anyone ever done like forarm windmills or armless windmills before stabbed? I wanna kno if its possible.

forearm mills are easier then stabbed (my opinion) i dont kno anyone that did forearm before stabbed

yeah i came across two guys who leanrt how to forearm mill without learning stab mill at all..so i'd say its possible!!

stabbed is easier to do for beginners, then forearm is for going faster and for the more experienced "millers"

if ur just lookin to see which one to learn first, go stabb definitely, learnin the basics of the mill is better done before other variations. PEACE.
