ok i suggest u to learn no hander mills first so ull be able to have very fast nice n clean mills

about the collapse...mmm remember u have to kick yo rite leg 1st(CW) in a circular motion then spread n elevate as much as possible yo left leg(the more u elevate the smoother u land on yo back, but be careful tho cause theres ppl who elevate their left leg waaaaay too much n end up landin on their neck)...

thats about it
peace

The windmill is pretty much just 2 swings of your legs. When you're front is facing down, swing your right leg to the right in a ccw motion to get onto your shoulder. When you're facing up, swing your left leg in a circular motion up to your face, also in a ccw, assuming you're going ccw. Just make these two swings are hard as you can each windmill and you'll be gaining speed in no time. Just remember to keep your legs apart.

Hey i see your posts all the time.. very good advice.. can you give me advice going cw though? Cuz i can do the mills, but i use my arms alot, i have alot of upper body strength. but my feet always hit the ground, and when i do my mills. It just looks like a turn table, then i go back in a hand glide position. of course i try as fast as i can to look like windmills, but we both know i can do this in front of people. So whacha think?
Also.. my stabbing arm has been killing me latly.. should i give it a rest? cuz i give it like a day, and i feel i HAVE to start up again or ill lose my progress.
