Dont bite the hand that feeds u, eventually everyone helping u will get annoyed...jesus.

Beginners giving beginners tips without understanding what they are saying is probally one of the worst ways to spread KNOWLEDGE.....which is the key to anything in life.

Suicides aren't supposed to hurt much, otherwise it would be DANGEROUS, and we all know bboying isn't about danger.

You can do a suicide and bounce out into swipes and go into airtracks from there. Sounds pro.

u can go to track from suicide if u go like the guy did in Lord of the Floor 2002 i'm not sure..but he dived and kinda bouced a lil on the floor and did a single track and landed back on his back..thats the only suicide track i've seen...

You could go from suicide to airtrack...

If you're willing to blow your muscles on your arms. Since you land on your back when you do suicide, you'd probably need to do a flip and a half in order to do it. Like flip, then land on your arms, then try to get the momentum on your legs as you do the airtrack.

The closest thing I've seen of a suicide to an airtrack was Kujo, arguably the best b-boy. He did a handspring, and landed on his arms without his legs touching the ground, and did multiple.... sick body spinning things. I have no clue what they're called, but think of how b-boys do airtracks. Then imagine their body and legs parallel to the ground, then his arms perpendicular to the ground. So... a planche, with his arms perpendicular, and executing it like an airtrack... mad sickness.

But the thing is, Kujo had MAD body strength. One armed push-ups without his legs touching the ground. He could extend his arms all the way, as well as keep his body parallel to the ground, and legs extended... and his hands are holding on to a pole.

Call me a liar, but I have the tape to prove it.

I guess you need a whole lot of a strength to do it... in my opinion.

Fire transforms us.
Water shapes us.
