ya u should wait like 3-5 days for it to stop hurtin. That's what happened to me when i was learnin millz, i kept like bangin my hip on the ground.
Sum tips are: try not to just drop yourself, wait till ur almost all the way on ur side to put ur self down. Also right after ur initial kick, the first one, u have to try ur hardest to kick it kinda like diagnally up, so u can get som air kinda, then u have to, really fast, twist urself and kick ur other foot under.
That's what my problem was mostly. So, dont just think ur initial kick wil do the whole thing for u, and also remember to twist ur upper body RILLY fast to get to the next stab..
