some ppl when doing millz,(while still learning them) they'll do a little turn to get into each rotation.Like a little hand glide, u know? It's only good to do a little "mini hand-glide" when starting ur millz.
U have to have enough momentum with ur kicks to get right into the next mill without doin a little handglide. When doin mini handglides to get into the next mill, ur losing momentum from ur circular kicks, and ur going all over the place, ur not staying in ur original circle.
Maybe this might be ur situation, maybe not,
If u could tell me ur problem, Maybe i could help u more.

Peace, Filipino-Breaka

its all about momentum... keep your legs spread wide as you can..... and when your spinning try to spin higher on your back... the higher on your back the more momentum youll need to make it look clean... so basically keep your legs wide as you can and kickhard... once you get enough momentum you wont really have to kick at all.. its all about the first couple of rotations.. thats my 2 pesos

is that true?? coz i'm still learning mill right now i can do a couple but then on my third and sometimes second rotation my right foot bends 'always'(ccw)..how can i get it straight?? and back to my question..is it true that only the first few rotations the only thing that build ur momentum?

The four elements of hiphop {Graffiti,Mc,Dj,Bboy/Bgirl} and you thought I was gonna start with water.Ha!

its not totally a bout the first 2 rotations. For me my first two rotations arent that fast but my third and up go really fast. The first couple rotations give u ur start. If u get a good start though, u can't just stop moving and expect ur momentum to carry u, u have to keep urself going, and kicking.

yo spikey, ya i watched sum of ur clips and i c ur foots bending. i think its cause maybe u aren't kickin hard enough normally to get enough momentum. Thats why ur knee kinda naturally curls, cause its the easier way to go about millz.

So just try to kick harder and keep ur knees locked. PEACE
