What's it mean if im donig the no handed mills where you sort of jump, like when your doing them you bounce on the ground sort of? well anyways i'm working on those and my shoulder is just dying. like i bruise it so easily because its like my mills are pivoting/spinning off that shoulder. am i doing something wrong? or does my shoulder just need to be strengthened? (shoulder = bruised/cut after like 5-10 tries)

i guess ure hopin to low

to hop higher u need to get more momentum n use yo legs to jump

You need more speed to complete your hop. Practice more.

more speed, any tips? Does speed have anything to do with how fast you snap your shoulders, as in rotating your shoulders while you mill? Or any other tips on speed? i think my legs are giving a good amoutn of speed and ill be sure to concentrate on that. and what do you mean by hop higher? Ok last question, when you do hopping mills, is your head suppose to touch the ground?
