What's it mean if im donig the no handed mills where you sort of jump, like when your doing them you bounce on the ground sort of? well anyways i'm working on those and my shoulder is just dying. like i bruise it so easily because its like my mills are pivoting/spinning off that shoulder. am i doing something wrong? or does my shoulder just need to be strengthened? (shoulder = bruised/cut after like 5-10 tries)
