I need help people (my clip is old I've improved a little but I still can't improve at the end of my mill)

and ignore the STAB and COLLAPSE part of my mill cuz I fixed that.

looks like you're not kicking your legs at all...you gotta kick em to get momentum...

roll over onto ur stabbing hand to get back into the handglide position, and then lean forward so that ur legs are in the air and start over again like u did to begin a mill

u got the stab and collapse pretty good but u need to stay on ur upper back after the collapse and when goin back into handglide position kick those legs and when u get into handglide position kick those legs, the windmill is made up of two kicks, u dont realize it but u kick both legs at the same time both when in handglide an when ur on ur back. try not to stab for to long cause it will cause u to lose momentum, but most importantly practice practice practic. good luck bro

So there is only 2 kicks then right? And then happen when you're in a handglide position, going CW left leg kicks back and up and right leg kicks around to the right all the way around and underneath the left one that's going up. If kicked hard enough that should bring you all the way around onto your back and then again into handglide where you execute the same 2 kicks. Correct me if I got it wrong.
