I've been practicin windmills for about two weeks... and reviewed windmills clips like crazy and done my homework, at least I think i got the right idea
I've been starting windmills from the handglide position, however I don't get much past that

I'm spinning in the handglide position to my left on my right hand, then kicking my right leg hard under my left legs and rotating my left leg over tryin to roll over my left arm and collapse onto my shoulder and high part of my back-- at this point I kinda do a flop thing and fall to the ground
I'm having some trouble with the momentum of kicking
but more the position of my legs in the beginning and during the collapsing stage....
How high should my legs be? I've watched demos and every1 seems to be placing them decently high? should my head be touching the ground in the handglide position... I do this to help me get my legs into the air, but I don't see anyone else doing this
Do I have the right picture, or am i'm I saucin it completely
