Hey all,
I have been trying to learn how to hop when doing no handers for ages. I have been doing mummy mills for 2 years now and i still dont know how to hop (some people call it "skipping"). I have loads of momentum, i know its not my form, i just have no idea how everyone gets the height. I am sick of using my head in mills and want to advance. So can some people please explain to me how to hop, and some tips for learning how to hop. The more detailed the better
