how do you keep ur hips up? my main problem is when im on my back after doing one windmill, my hips are really low and its hard to get momentum out of that.

thats because of the way u start yo mill

yo problems its simple but it requjires practice suppose u go cw...make the collapse as u normally do but this time elevate yo left leg as high as possible so you'll roll on the higher part of yo back n be ready for the next rotation

ya i can do the first mill, but afterwards, how do u keep ur hips up.

ok so now its time to stop spinnin n start rollin u make this by gettin yo momentum usin yo legs not yo arms, open'em legs a lot n lock them
