thats easy..go to the folder and then go to tools then to the folder options then to view and uncheck the "hide file extension"..when u do this u'll see the file name at the end of ur file for eg- mill.avi so just change the last avi into mpg (don't erase the (.) )and this will change ur file into mpg which is supported by the site and upload ut clips accordingly!! hope u understand what i said...

keep your head lower to the ground, that shit is WAY too high.
work on your form, it's OK, but you could keep your legs straighter. soon you'll be taking away the stab and your mills go faster, much faster...because you don't need to stop and roll over your arm..but for now keep working with the stab untill you really master them.

you're doing ok tho, just keep practicing, that's all you really need.

Well i'll tell you guys whats wrong for now...till I can get those clips from a friend. I start out in normal position( I do my millz CCW ) left elbow stabbed, right hand out a bit, legs spread. I pick up my right arm and begin to turn myself to the left while at the same time I pick both legs up, quickly move the left leg or whatever over the right and uncross them by kicking. So...what i do now is roll over on my shoulder to my back legs apart and move the body to right so I can stab and usually do stab, but then my right leg hits the ground followed by my left and im totally facing the ground.
I went over all thats going on to make sure im doing it right.
I think a problem is i keeep bending my legs...i'll get the vid later today.

ok dude for mills:

youre collapsin wrong 1st of all u did it too fast on the clip, take yo time doin the collapse, u need to spread yo legs more
ill give a tip that helped me learn the collapse n make it dope

*when u begin to turn yoself wit yo rite hand instead of liftin up both legs, try swingin the left leg (before the rite leg) in a circular motion, then lift yo rite leg as high as u can (this is for u to roll on the higher part of yo back) n finally kick yo left leg under the rite leg...

hope this helps

for flares:

ur startin the whole thing wrong try readin the guide anubis made for flares to kno how to start well

w00t i now have enough momentum to continue to do more than 1! But....My question is, do you move ur legs at all when trying to link, cause like, you do that in the collapse but then do ur legs stay straight the rest of the time?
