ok ill make a lil guide:
cw(if u go ccw change lefts to rites) btw:
*youre on standin position now, throw yo left hand to the floor n at the same time yo rite leg shud be goin bak n at the left (like behind yo left leg)
*rite hand goes to the floor (finger tips shud b facin to the bak) n at the same time throw yo left leg to the left
at this time u shud be in the air wit both legs wide open n both hands on the floor
*now heres the tricky part bend yo rite hand n throw yo body to it
now u shud be kinda like in collapse position but wit much more momentum
*now u can choose to stab or not to, unstabbed looks better but since youre learnin try stabin 1st then learn without it
Isn't that like a coindrop or somethin? I don't kno a whole lot but thats wut coindrops are like rite? Itz where ur like in a handstand but u twist up ur hips and collapse onto ur back and untwist ur hips and the same time to get a spinning effect. I think...
you're getting lazy and losing momentum on your second rotation.
oh and don't do it like how aussie did it. it's bad form. learn to do mills from a push-up position. then just drop down (see noni's guide) into that position and mill from there.
which part of aussiesboy form was bad if u meeant the starting style well its harder than a stab start-up but it gives so much more momentum and u will need to learn from a stand-up position later on anyways..but yes stab is easier to learn in the begining..

One hand down at a time, it looks smoother. Swing your legs exactly like how you would from windmills from handglide, after all, it is the same move. Just put one hand down, then put down your collapsing arm and do windmills. I suggest you learn windmills from handglide as a prerequisite, in case you haven't already learned that.
