*dont spin roll, how?
use yo legs for momentum open'em n torque ur hips

*to get to em at 1st when ure learnin make a couple of normal mills so u get enuff momentum

if you want no handed just use your forearms. instead of stabbing roll over your forearms and push off with them while kicking hard with ur legs.

your hands can be crossed over your chest like a mummmy (mummy mills)...or they can like holding your crotch(nutcrackers)...or they can be on the side of your hips (eggbeaters)...and theres a ton of other variations but the are the most basic i think

Actually, forearm mills constitute as no-handed mills. Sooo your hands are in, and your wrists are rested against your chest with your elbows kinda pointed out. And I believe hands on your hips are Angel mills. Eggbeaters are hands on your thighs. It's still good.
