Your legs hitting! - 12-03-2003, 04:58 AM

The wider you make your legs the better and faster your mills will be. When you start if you push into your mill and use your feet for momentum you should see a big improvement on your mills. Dont give up it will click eventually even if you think it won't.

this happens for two reasons:

*if ure doin stabbed mills:
then u shud help yoself wit yo rite hand when ure about turn yo body again to the startin position (try puttin yo elbow 1st)

*if ure doin non-stabbed:
then its all on yo feet the momentum u get wit'em remember that legs shud be open n also torque ur hips

hope ya get me

your Back? - 12-03-2003, 12:37 PM

Could the reason this happens be because when you collaps into your mill you use your whole back and shoulders. This sometimes creats a smoother and more gracefull windmill but is the cause of irretation when you try to do supermans, nutcrackers, or coffins. This is just a thought and maybe I'm wrong but you might want to look at it from that point of view. Good Luck & Keep Practicing.

Peace
