u've missed a lotta details there
u need to kno how to do at least stabbed mills 1st
u can also start wit the collapse/handglide position
also try to make a couple of mills 1st for momentum when youre startin to learn these
the hardest part is to learn how to spin wit yo forehead if u already can do this then its gonna be hella easy for ya
also remeber to bring yo knees to yo chest or u can also pike them so ull have yo feet straight together
