Windmill Tips For you guys that need help! -

Great Tips on Linking Mills (CCW)!!
1. You Need Momentum
2. How ever far apart your legs in hand glide position (before you start your first mill) your legs need to stay that far apart through the whole time your doing your windmill(s). Make sure they dont get any closer together.
3. Keep the backsides of your hand close to your chest after collapsing on your left shoulder.
Now this is the most important thing to link into another mill. This tip helped me ALOT!
4. Your Body should be facing the same direction as your toes ALL the time!!!!!!
When rolling to your right shoulder you should roll over your side of your right arm. 2 Things you need to make sure of while your here:
1. FOCUS (LOOK) at your right foot and make sure it doesn't hit the ground!
2. Make sure the side of your head is parallel to your arm when its flat on the ground. And make sure it is about 3-4 inches from it. DO NOT LIFT YOUR HEAD!
Now make SURE when your rolling over the right side of your arm , that you have your left arm's elbow in your hip/gut. Now keeping your legs apart all the time , Push off again just as hard as you did starting your first mill. Now just following these tips, they should help alot. I used these tips my friend gave me (personally helping though) and in 2 days of about a Hour-&-Half practice I finally got like 4-5 Mills in a row.
Some of these tips arent in other tip threads of Windmills. These are just extra Main particular things you need to focus on and work on... Keep practicing and you should get it!!!!!! Post a reply if this helps any of you guys!. -Later.
