ReAD THIS! Stretching!!! - 10-03-2003, 06:30 PM

hey guys. I practiced what my friends told me about windmills Tuesday. I practiced for about a hour and a half and finally got them (WITHOUT STRETCHING). well the next day I practiced my Mills again, and after about 20-30 minutes my left-arm tricepts started hurting bad. It kept hurting and hurting and then soon stopped about a hour later.... not knowing why it hurt, i just stopped anyway for practice that day. Yesterday (Thursday) i practiced again for about 10 minutes and the pain came back and Stayed for hours.......Came to find out i Definitly pulled a muscle inbetween my shoulder and tricept on my left arm..... what sucks the most is my homecoming dance is this Saturday Night and i probably have a good chance on not being able to do winmills... but can still do footwork.... but thats not the point//////// if you DONT want to have a chance of getting a pulled muscle, make SURE you stretch, cuz it hurts like Shit!!!!!!!!! -later

Oh, you see, that's still your tricep. The tricep that people usually think of is the large on on the other side of your bicep. The tricep is actually 3 muscles, hence TRI-cep.
