i suggest you get used to stabbing and start from the handglide position.
i know stabbing is hard to get used to but trust me it makes mills soooo much easier

Ya the way that i learned how to do mills was from the handglide position. ill get a clip when i can. it took a little while to learn, but now i can pretty much keep going til i get tired. i dunno how many. but ya once you can get around more than once around, then just keep practicing and pretty soon youll be able to go for awhile. for me, i would get pretty close to doing more than one, then one day i just got the hang of it and i just kept going.

when you come around again and stab, then just bend your stabbing arm and roll onto your shoulder again and keep the momentum going
