Mills and shoulders ( please help ) - 09-24-2003, 10:32 PM

Alright, i can do one mill and i'm working on linking them. Anyways, when i practiced my mills (roll to my left arm) my left shoulder keeps getting hurt, like i pulled a muscle or did something to mess it up. Now it's really messed up and hurts everytime i try. Can anyone tell me my problem? Am I doin sumthin wrong, or what? Thanx in advance to those to help. I really appreciate it.

It means your collapse needs practice. It happens to almost everyone, at least once. If your shoulder hurts, it's probably just a bruise. Take maybe 3-5 days off if you must, then continue practicing until it doesn't hurt you anymore.
