Swing your legs faster, don't be lazy. Once you collapse, make an effort to ROLL onto your other shoulder. don't expect the momentum from your legs alone will carry you to do multiple mills.

Hey Pres, thanks for the advice.
when u say to Roll onto the other shoulder(my left?) do you mean when i am at the end of the 1st mill stabing and facing the ground?

Sup Guys, here is another clip of my millz, now i am getting more momentum but when i try to link them it all goes wrong.
I don't know if its because i am not rolling over fast enough?

I have an idea my right leg is in the wrong position (not close enough to the ground) when i swing it back under my left.

am i stabing too late?
When i stab it feels like it is actually stoping me from rolling over again.

I need help guys!

finally sum1 with the same problem as me, havent mastered it yet myself, but i think we should try just forcing ourselves round with all brute strenght u can come up with, doesnt look that smooth i guess, but we'll then be the ones being able 2 do the non stabbed mills.

-----let me know if u come up with sumthin intelligent, as i share the exact same prob

it looks like your arm isnt in your gut when u are stabbing, i am not good at mills, but i think you should put your elbow in your gut b4 u get around, also i think your legs start bending a bit...
