Strength and mills - 09-20-2003, 11:59 AM

I heard that you have to have upper body strength if you want to do mills. I also heard that you don't need upper body strength, as long as you can get momentum goin in your legs. which is true? Can somebody help me out? thanx in advance.

President has already stated in another post that, Strength is not needed. You simply need to use your shoulders and have enough momentum. strength... is not a key need.
