Do you have to have great upper body strength to do mills?

You don't need an upper body to do windmills.. except your shoulders. But no strength. And windmills aren't the best move to be trying first.

er... i think that you should carry on practicing mills first. like practice linking them, etc.. Then after that try the forearm mills. You surely can't be doing very well with mills can you?

What i mean to say is, just keep practicing your mills before you move on to any harder moves. If you need any help, here is the place to post...

do not learn mills first. your going to be stuck for five months minimum without any form of foundation. basics first!
