ya it hurt when i first started out too. you'll get used to it. a way to make it hurt less is if u do hollow body rocks. u probably don't know what they are cause its a gymnastics move. you lie on the floor and extend your arms above your head. then u lift your legs so they are just above the floor. nothing touches the floor except for your butt and your back. then u rock back and forth. do this for as long as it takes and your abs/gut will hurt a lot less.
