Hey theas...umm i need some help wid my windmillz...i can do 15 or more of them..but...I CANT DO THEM ON MY SHOULDERS...im alwase doin my millz using my whole bacc..plz help me out

If you can do 15 mills... that means that you got the momentum.. i dont see how you can do them completely on your back though....i think it means that your initial kick must be much harder and carries you onto your shoulders. i'm not sure but you should kick harder.

oh, hey thanx for the tip. Well I have 15 windmills,but they dont look that good. Because they're slow,so I kinda hav to get into the turtle position and keep going. But thanx a lot for the tip though. Peace Outz

If the initial swing of your leg is fast enough, and you collapse onto your shoulder correctly, you should roll on your shoulders. Swing your leg faster and don't be lazy. Posting a clip would be nice, too.

Okay, I'll try to swing my initial leg faster now. Umm,I forgot to put that my windmills go cw too. My bad on that. Sorry, but as of right now, I cant get a clip. Because my web cam thing is messed up. I'll try to get it ASAP. Aites then, appreaciate the advice.
