You're starting wrong, start from handglide position. Elevate your legs when you're on you're shoulders, so that they are higher when you roll over to your front.
Why are you wearing a tie? That looks poser, no offense.

hey your have the same prob I'm getting over, it's called sucky-windmill-syndrome. Let me ask you a q...did you just "accidentaly"figure out how to do that? Do you find your legs smackin the ground and your rotation stoppin after you go chest down (from your clip... yes). I suggest you due what the chief exec (pres.) says and go from handglide. If you watch enough clips you'll see that that's the only way to keep it goin. It's frustratin as hell and I still haven't got them yet (all 2 days since findin my prob out) but it's the only way to go.
And yeah, the tie makes ya look like an Avril Lavigne diet-punk kid. Not a good thing.
