what i found is that after forget your first mill you rely on vertical momentumum. dont use vertical momentum or lateral momentum. You need rotational momentum around the axis that goes from your head to your hips. this moment converts the rotational momentum around the axis that goes from one shoulder to the other (caused by gravity) into rotational momentum around the axis from your center of gravity to the ground directly below your center of gravity. a windmill is a human gyroscope. if you do not understand this concept no worries, because i will post a guide on the precisional nature of the windmill soon. the day i understood a gyroscope was the day i did three mills for the first time, no coincedence.
For now, if u dont understand a gyroscope keep your hips high an contsant and always try to spin, as in rotations of windmills as apposed to backpsip rotations.
again, no worries, ill post a guide on the inherent physics of the human gyroscope.
