OK so the other day when i was practicing my millz i started getting really high, then i got too high and rolled onto my face it hurt a bit then my nose started to bleed for like 10 minutes. I need to know how do you get your mills really high without rolling accross your face, this isnt the first time it happend but my nose has never bled from it before.
hahaha,your supose to role on your forehead,not yo face.

ok im no great shakes at mills but every now and again i get a sweet set that feels awesomely smooth and shit but when your doing it try to keep rour elbows tucked in as far as u can get em (this will automaticly roll your shoulders foward so u rolling of a curved not flat back.)and keep your chin pressed down to your chest that should help you roll on your forehead and not your face cos it helped me i used to get hurt all the time when i was learning em but i got shown the technique and i can do em a bit better now i just need to practise
