Ok,first off yall are wonerin WTF is beach balls.
Beach balls are a variation of mills,its just like baby mills but your ankles arent crossed over eachother n u kick out with only 1 foot.This name is very uncommon since people always call it babys.Its easier then babymills,so i suggest u try gettin dis b4 doin babyz.
There a few things you should know before starting beach balls.
-You must know how to do BASIC WINDMILLS,this is a HAVE TO..if u cant mill then com bak later.
-This isnt a have to but it would be a lot easier if u had barrel mills first.Because it helps u how to use your head n gets u use to puttin your arms in a barrel position.
-First off start the way you would for regular windmills,as you go into your mills,dont bend your legs in yet wait til your on your back.As you com onto your back,just bend your legs in,do not lock ankles,this is the reason why beach balls would be easier.Just bend your legs in,put your arms in a barrel holding position and lean your head against the ground.
This is the part where all the people who are tryin to learn beach ballz get it wrong....beach ballz/babys are about illusion,the momentum of it tricks you.It may seem the person is kicking out when hes on his back,but hes actually kicking out when hes almost on his side.For beach balls,since your kickin out with one foot....if u go CW then kick out your right foot towards da left side,and for CCW kick your left leg out towards your right side.
As you kick out,lean your head towards the ground,your head is da weight of your whole body,it'll help you get high enuff so u can twist your upperbody around.When you do get enuff air to twist,twist HARD,u gotta force yourself.You should roll on your forehead,if u roll a lil bit higher its ok,just as long as u dun go onto of your head.Twisting hard will keep your upperbody spinning,and your legs will follow it,just remember to kick out when your about to reach your side.

-Wear a beenie,skully,bandana when workin on BB'z
-Remember,kick out when your coming to your side,lean your head towards da ground,and twist hard when linkin.
-DO not cross ankles,just kick leg out n bring it bak in.
