Look at clips,they help a lot,expecially quick tym since u can slo mo it.

Here, I made you a clip of my collapse, and i slowed it down 4x. Remember to roll onto your upper back, not your lower back. And elevate your legs before you collapse, so that they don't get the ground.

lol, pretty descriptive, im at the peak of my being taught the mill, im in the same position as you except i don't get hurt, and end up back in turtle postion, but i can't go from there

I'm bboying in my friend's garage cuz that's the most open place he's got, and it's not in the sun. We just put our cardboard down and bust some moves.

My windmills are kinda stabbed, I just unstab fast and collapse again quickly. I worked on it, they're not stabbed anymore, my mills are super smooth now.

It's not really a handglide, because my hand isn't gliding, I just rotate my body around my wrist, it gives me momentum.

You know prez i have to say im with bboy chris on this one. your ass is too hgih in the air. u got the one leg up but the other leg has to swing through like close to the ground, your other leg is kinda just there. props to u though cuz ur really close. u just do something else too thoughwith ur hands when ur face down.

For the high ass thing on your mill Prez, it looks really ugly if u stab and go that high. If you go that high doing nutcrackers then its differnt. High mills and stabbed don't go together. Since your getting that high you might as well do handcuffs or nutcrackers.
