ok here is wat ur doing wrong bro... u see when u kick up the first kick then after that KEEP YOUR LEGS STRAIGHT and your knees locked dont bounce to much... also dont always stick your elbpw back in your stomache when your in the middle of your windmills... it slows you down... also when your on your back try to twist your upper body to the right and put your hands on your chest..
also i forgot to say... dont put your elbow in the middle of your stomache cuz it just doesnt help you do your windmills that good... instaed stick your elbow on the left side of your stomache....
