yea i do the same thing fred2028.

iv been working on splits for about 2 months now, and i can get my butt like a foot and a bit away from the ground. how long do u think it will take to get full split, cuz i know for a fact i can do it in less then 2 years.

wen i do my mills i roll onto my shoulders but instead of spinning arund i go to my left so i cant stay in one spot is there any way that could help me to spin?

I have the same prob every time my legs either hit the ground or when i do get over i do not do the full mill back to the starting stab plz help pm me

the problem with my windmill is that my sweeping leg doesnt come above the ground and it hits the ground while going under my kicking leg. Please help somebody!!!

Wow. Of all the videos I've seen and help I've gotten, no one told me that the initial right leg was supposed to go off to the side. Thanks for that tip! It really helped xD
