maybe, not sure.

you were pretty flexible already though from track and stuff, right?

I used to be flexible from swimming, but I haven't swam forever so i'm not so flexible, i'm gettin better though.

Ya, I got really flexible from Track and Field, and really fast too. I could almost do the splits after 2 months, but we worked on it everyday, kinda like Paul does, but with no floor below us, like Jean Claude Van Dam.

for ppl who have trubble keeping there legs straight while millin'

when i first got millz i was bending my knees aswell, there are some exercises i found on mothergooses guide (props to mothergoose) that helped.

lie on ur upper back with ur ass and legs in the air, support your lower body with your arms. now split ur legs and imitate a windmill motion (ur legs should be horizontal to the ground)

do the centre splits every day...

and finally sumfin i figured out meself, point ur toes when millin, keeps your legs bloody straight

Too high??? - 11-16-2002, 08:42 PM

Hey...My friend watched my mill and said that I was going too high up into the air and almost into a headspin position (btw I can't headspin yet) and so I lose my momentum. Its kinda hard to percieve since I feel like I'm going pretty fast. Anyone got the same problem or know how to fix it?

i don't know much about that.

You know Paul from the gymnastics place right?

it took him 2 years to get full splits.

and he was a national champion in gymnastics, so he was already flexible to begin with.

eh? I took taekwondo and it took me 4 months for perfect splits. Are you sure ur not mistaken?

Need a quick tip - 07-22-2003, 08:23 PM

I don't think anyone has said this yet but I have a little problem that I need solving. I have good form on my mill (singular) but I can't seem to do more than one. My hand that I am suppossed to stab with seems to get traped under my body so my legs always hit the ground. Does anyone know anything I could practice to help this problem??? THX
