Hey alleyn
nice room :P.Anyway, Keep your legs straight and don't lean on your back so much. Try to roll on your back and swing your legs. Hard to explain but you'll get it xD. |

its not bad it's just really difficult to start windmills the way you do.
i dont think its a totally bad thing, but i find starting with your head touching the floor made it like 20 times harder to learn when i started. also before you start, rotate along your stabbed arm and then kick off. don't start in handglide and then just kick. you'll get less power starting from a still position and more while you're rotating along your arm. as soon as your fingers begin to point forwards kick your right leg high into the air and collapse. also at this moment your left leg will be following your right leg because of the force from the kick off. make sure your left leg sweeps close to the floor (this will happen if your legs are open wide). don't forget to keep your legs high in the air. doing so will keep you higher on your back and make the windmill 100 times smoother. but you see the important thing is to start off high on your shoulders and stay on it the whole time. kicking and collapsing onto a bad position (i.e your lower back) will make windmills really hard because rotation along that area of your body is too difficult. post another video up in about a week of training. |

Use what is comfortable for you. Oh and don't forget, if your going CW or CCW for your windmill, everything has to follow that order. |

try practicing them on a soft surface wrestling mats work great but keep legs straight and wide body comes first then legs swing its a way of motion which once you get it becomes very easy
